Kaspi newspaper, one of the oldest newspapers in Azerbaijan, has been published in Russian since 1881. The newspaper is published in both electronic and printed versions.
Global Management has started cooperation with Kaspi newspaper since 2020. Over the years, a number of works and projects have been carried out by providing services in the following areas:
Information Technologies: a website has been developed for Kaspi newspaper and an electronic version of the newspaper has been launched along with the printed version.
Legal support: preparation of commercial contracts and other legal documents, registration of intellectual property and trademark, legal consultation, etc. was carried out.
Finance and Accounting: Bank transactions, sales transactions, etc. during legal proceedings was implemented, and efficient management of resources was ensured through budget optimization.
Procurement and Supply Chain: During the collaboration, the entire procurement process was planned and regulated. As a result, cost reduction was achieved, quality and efficiency were increased by choosing the right suppliers.
Human Resources: Provided support in human resource processes such as recruitment, training and performance management of the right personnel based on the client's requirements.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control: First aid, labor protection, and firefighting trainings were conducted.
