A state fee of 100 AZN will be applied for the examination of applications related to concentration in Azerbaijan.
In this regard, the proposed amendments to the law "On State Fee" were discussed at today's session of the parliament.
The document prepared in connection with the implementation of the law "On approval, entry into force of the Competition Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and related legal regulation" noted that a new article is being added to the law in this regard.
After discussions, the draft was put to a vote and adopted in one reading.
