Employees of Global Management, a company operating under Global Media Group, along with employees of other companies within the group, participated in a training session titled “Managing with Emotional Intelligence” on December 3, 2024.
As part of the two-day program, trainer Gulzar Guliyeva delivered presentations and facilitated practical discussions on the role of emotional intelligence in management, self-awareness skills, effective communication, decision-making processes, and building a culture of trust.
The training was organized to support the professional and personal development of employees.
